Day 4 - Activity 2 - Week 1 - Summer Learning Journey

My Favourite food is Butter Chicken

Place yoghurt, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, garam masala and chilli powder in a glass or ceramic dish.

Add Chicken into the dish.

Heat oil and butter in a heavy-based saucepan over medium-high heat.

Stir in cream. Simmer for a further 5 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with steamed rice and coriander leaves.

  1. Talofa Charlee, thank you for sharing the way you make Butter Chicken, sounds like it will be very creamy, yum! Perhaps next time, you could list all your ingredients down in a bullet pointed list, so readers can spot what they'll need to buy fast. :)

    I'd love to see how your garnished butter chicken turns out, maybe you could add some pictures some time when you make it at home.

    There are too many delicious foods in the world to pick only one! I love dumplings, they’re both easy to make and very filling! My family and I like to make all sorts of variations with our own fillings. Pork, cabbage and carrot dumpling with soy and hot chilli sauce is my favourite type of dumpling. Have you tried dumplings before?
