How to keep yourself safe in the sun.

  1. Slip on a T-shirt and into the shade
  2. Slop on some sunscreen
  3. Slap on a hat
  4. Wrap on some sunglasses
  5. Stay sun smart

    It's pleasing to see you are still working really hard and completing lots of our activities. Keep it up!

    Thank you for writing and sharing five different tips for staying safe in the sun this summer. It's always a good idea to cover up with clothes, slap on sunscreen and seek shelter, especially in the hottest part of the day which is usually between 11am-2pm.

    I am currently living in London, England. I'm from New Zealand but I moved here in June. It's the middle of winter at the moment so it's around 5 degrees. Freezing cold! It was summer time when I first arrived but the hottest time of the day was around 5pm. It was really strange.

    What sort of fun, outdoor activities have you been enjoying this summer?
