Day 3 - Activity 1 - Week 2 - Summer Learning Journey

Night Owls
I am a early riser. I wake up around 6.00AM every morning. I hate going to bed late because I think it is scary.
My Sister wakes up the same time as me every morning.
My Mum Wakes up around 5.00AM every morning because she is busy and likes to have peace and quiet in the morning.
My Dad wakes up in the morning at 2.30 every morning because he goes to work at 3AM.
My Papa wakes up in the morning around 5.00AM.

The only person in my family who is Night Owl is my brother.
He hates the morning. My mum tells us that we have to go to bed at 8.30PM he always wants to go to bed at 10PM but my mum Says no.

  1. Kia ora Charlee, I really liked how for each person in your family, you explained what time they wake up, and the reason for it. What is the latest time you've stayed up at? Keep the awesome work up!

    1. Thank you Aj
The latest time I have gone to sleep was at 1AM.
That was when I was coming back from Australia.
      Thank You

  2. Hi Charlee,

It's Leslie from the Summer Learning Journey team reading your blog from my home in wintery Canada. Right now we're having very short days with the sun rising at about 7:30 am and setting at about 4:45 pm. That means that many of us wake up in the dark and go home from work in the dark.

It's probably nice and bright for you in the mornings when you wake up at 6 am, especially now, in the summertime. Do you go out to play as soon as you wake up, or do you make your breakfast with your sister?

I'm very impressed that your mom gets up at 5 am. I've never been able to manage that. But, like you, I don't like to stay up too late at night. I'm an early bird myself because I really love the beauty and quiet of the early morning. Also, I have a dog named Spirit and she needs be taken out first thing each day, so she gets me up and going!

Do you have any pets that you have to take outside for walks?

You're doing a great job of these activities. I'll continue to read your blog!

    Cheers,

    Leslie
