It is great to see that you are making so much progress on the Summer Learning Journey programme this year. Wow! You are already on Week #2. I hope that you've enjoyed the journey so far and that you're learning about the awesome environments here in New Zealand (and overseas) as you go! My name is Rachel and I am the leader of the Summer Learning Journey programme. I have the opportunity to read your work today and I am really excited!
I love the names that you have come up with for this green lake. I think that my favourite of the five is 'Trolls Lagoon.' The colour of the water definitely reminds me of the colour of a troll's hair. Speaking of trolls, have you seen the Trolls movie? My son, Aronui, loves the theme song from the movie and is often singing it as he walks around the house!
I hope that you will continue to post great blogs and to comment on other student's work. I read a lovely comment that you had posted on Cathy's blog and I can see that Alexandria has also asked you to read her work and comment. You will be very busy!
