The Sky in Shanghai
I won't really want to go to Beijing because I have already been to Hong Kong and Tokyo and Japan so I think I have already visited enough of china.

ReplyDeleteIt's Leslie here, writing to you from Canada as a member of the Summer Learning Journey team. I'm really interested to learn that you've travelled to Hong Kong and Tokyo in Japan already!! You're a well-travelled person!
As you probably know, Canada is a very long way from your side of the planet so I haven't had the opportunity to travel to Asia. But my daughter, Rachel, who lives in Auckland, has worked in Japan and has travelled through many other Asian countries as well and she finds them very very interesting.
China is a huge country so, although you've been to Hong Kong, I wonder if you would find that there are other areas that are very interesting and different and worth seeing? Perhaps, one day, you'll change your mind and want to travel there.
I'm going to suggest that you have another look at this activity, The Sky in Shanghai, and try doing it again and the reason for that is that you're asked to write a poem about your feelings about visiting Beijing, China. You've written a sentence. So, to earn points, you'll need to have another go at this.
I'll check your blog soon and see what you've decided to do.
